Cancellation requests initiated by a class participant will be accepted with the refundamounts applied as follows:

A $50 processing fee will be withheld from all refunds.

​A refund request that is received fourteen (14) days or more prior to the start of a course will receive a 100% refund minus the processing fee.

​A refund request received less than 14 days prior to the start of the course will receive a 100% refund minus the processing fee, provided another person fills the vacated space before the course has started; otherwise a 50% refund will be issued.

There will be no refunds after the first class.

A pro-rated refund will be issued for requests with medical reasons (medical certificate required), minus the processing fee.
